Client Services Support Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Client Services Support Manager is responsible for managing the PS Support Team. This team is comprised of individuals that perform the technical tasks involved in the setup and execution of webcasts as well as providing training and live event support to our clients. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual, who is capable of managing a variety of functional roles within one team, and working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully manage a team of individuals that are responsible for the setup and execution of webcasts and other rich media projects.
  • Interview, recruit, train and develop new team members as and when necessary.
  • Coordinate training both internally and externally for ON24's proprietary webcasting platform.
  • Create processes for all areas of team engagements.
  • Look for opportunities to increase efficiencies through the creation of new (and optimization of current) processes.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets project timelines.
  • Work with other Managers within ON24 to manage scheduling conflicts and balance priorities.
  • Create metrics to track team activity and report these up to management.
  • Perform administrative duties necessary to manage the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a deadline driven environment.
  • At least 3 years management experience in a technical environment.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within specified timelines.
  • Integrity, Creativity, Intellectual Curiosity, High Standards, Persistence, and Achievement oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Internet and Web technical skills including knowledge of HTML (basic knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and XML), and multimedia.
