JOB SUMMARY
The Product Support Specialist is responsible for the scheduling, setup, execution, and coordination of webcast related elements. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Product Support Specialists work flexible hours based on the volume of webcasts being produced at any given time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use ON24's proprietary online platform along with an assortment of other software applications to setup / build webcast components such as web pages, banners, professional emails, archives, and CD copies of webcasts.
  • Perform other webcast related tasks as necessary, such as conference bridge scheduling, work order processing, and data input.
  • Work in a client-facing capacity to provide training to webcast presenters and live webcast monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong PC skills and a basic knowledge of HTML. Programming/web design experience is a definite plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline.
  • A high level of integrity to maintain confidentiality about client related information.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Interest in learning about webcasting technologies and services
