JOB SUMMARY
In this management role, you will utilize your strength and understanding of the technical aspects of supporting webcast events from a simple to complex nature. Your strong verbal communication skills will be exhibited as you interact with clients to set expectations, timelines and produce client engagements. To be successful in our time-driven environment, you must have excellent organizational and prioritization skills. An expertise is not required, but your proficient understanding of HTML, codecs, Flash tools, and JavaScript are essential to your success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for project related issues.
• Produce live and on-demand webcasts.
• Oversee internal event teams and resources to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
• Perform client-specific needs analysis and perform solutions consultancy expertise.
• Assist with resource planning allocation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 4+ years of Webcasting and event/project management experience.
• Experience with audio and video production in studio and field environments would be helpful.
• Working knowledge of Satellite, Fiber, ISDN, and Teleconference signal acquisition methodologies.
• Intermediate Knowledge of: HTML, dHTML, and JavaScript.
• Working Knowledge of file transfer protocols including: HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, UDP, RTSP, MMS, FTP, and SMTP.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, planning, management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
