Situation: Launch New Methodology to Business Decision Makers

The Phelon Group is a consulting firm that helps companies break through revenue barriers by harnessing customer insight. In 2006, the company developed a groundbreaking new methodology called Voice to MarketSM, which helps companies hone their go-to-market strategies. In order to promote this methodology to high-level business decision makers, the company examined various options, which would be interactive, offer convenient access and have a high level of security to prevent competitors from reviewing the content. In addition, the company wanted to launch the program within the next quarter.

Challenge: Starting a Webinar Program Under a Tight Timeline

With the criteria set, The Phelon Group researched many Web event vendors and selected ON24 to help with the webinar.
