ON24 Inc. and ACT Teleconferencing Announce Reseller Partnership

Strategic Partnership with ACT Includes Reselling ON24 Webcasting Solutions to ACT's International Customers

Denver, CO and San Francisco, CA – December 18, 2006 – ON24 Inc., the global leader in webcasting and video communications solutions, today announced a reseller partnership with ACT Teleconferencing, Inc. (OCTBB: ACTT), a worldwide provider of audio, video and web-based conferencing products. This partnership enables ACT to provide its global customer base with a media rich, state-of-the-art platform for producing and implementing interactive webcasts regardless of geographic location.

Under the terms of this agreement, ACT will resell and support ON24's Webcast Center and ON24 Podcasting solutions to its customers in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific under ACT's ConferenceCast brand. Furthermore, both companies will collaborate on future product and service synergies, providing customers with the latest conferencing and webcasting products and services.
