ON24 Inc. Awarded Texas Multiple Award Schedule Contract

ON24's Webcasting Solutions Enable Texas State and Local Agencies to Hold Virtual Events

San Francisco, CA – May 21, 2007 – ON24, Inc., the global leader in webcasting and rich media marketing solutions, today announced that it has been awarded a Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract. Valid from October 10, 2006 through March 31, 2010, the contract designation allows state and qualified COOP members in Texas to easily procure webcasting solutions services from ON24 at prices assessed to be fair, reasonable and competitive.

Through the program, Texas state and local government agencies can cost-effectively purchase ON24 webcasting solutions and services outlined in the contract. ON24's webcasting solutions enable state and local governments to easily produce virtual presentations, conferences, town hall meetings, or training seminars to hundreds and thousands of people. By streamlining the procurement process, the TXMAS program enables Texas state and local agencies to purchase and benefit from ON24's webcasting solutions to deliver information in a secure and timely manner.

• ON24 Webcasting Professional Services: For organizations that prefer a full-service model, ON24's Professional Services team is available for event management, technical expertise, and creative consultation. A self-service option is also provided to organizations that would like to manage and produce their own webcast events.
