Knowing they needed to invest in a webinar solution with more robust capabilities, the team started looking around. On-demand has also been a game-changer, transforming how Praemium engages with their audience. “ON24 has a good on-demand ability and we realized how much more we could be doing with the webinar program,” said Welsh. “We thought it would be good to reinvigorate their product training program through on-demand webinars. The marketing team at Praemium didn’t waste any time scaling their webinar program. Within eight months of switching to ON24, they have run 50 webinars — a 4 times increase compared to when they were using GoToWebinar.

They have also seen improvements throughout the webinar process. Registrations have increased by 55% and engagement is up as well. Where they were once lucky to get one or two questions during a webinar, one recent webinar generated 85 questions from the audience. Increased attendance and engagement has led to Praemium averaging 73 new leads per webinar.

Getting time back is always a win, especially for small marketing teams. The team has claimed back 1.5 weeks of time that used to be spent on manual processes.
