ON24 subprocessors
- ON24, Inc. (“ON24”) uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing Services, as described in the ON24 Universal Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms. A subprocessor is a third-party company engaged by ON24 who processes or has access to certain Client Information. ON24 requires its subprocessors to agree contractually to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that their processing of Client Information will meet the requirements of applicable law. The list of ON24’s current subprocessors follows:
