Using ON24, Datasite draws on its own expertise and the knowledge of global dealmaking and dealmakers to educate customers and drive brand awareness through its in-person, hybrid and virtual events.
Datasite also uses ON24 to connect regionally dispersed internal teams; deliver market information; and provide training around diversity, equity, inclusion and other company-wide initiatives.
Problem
Datasite was looking for a better way to communicate with its growing, globalized workforce while accommodating thought leaders and webinar participants from all over the world.
The team needed a platform that could deliver educational and thought-leadership webinars as well as internal town hall meetings.

Using ON24 Webcast Elite, Barlow and her team hit the ground running with internal webinars on marketing trends and corporate initiatives.
For those who could not attend the live webinar, the event is automatically made available on-demand — allowing would-be attendees to consume the content on their own time.
In fact, with ON24 Engagement Hub, Barlow’s team creates multi-track, on-demand experiences that enable audiences to self-select their way through the webinars and resources that are most relevant to them.
The team also takes full advantage of the platform’s customization capabilities by building engagement opportunities directly into the webinar console. Doing so empowers employees to engage with the experience and share internal and third-party vendor resources.
Results
Based on data collected by the ON24 Platform, more than 80% of Datasite employees attend the ON24-powered webinars and external attendance has only grown since the shift to ON24.
