Introduction
As the global leader in comprehensive forensic consulting and engineering services, Envista Forensics uses the ON24 Intelligent Engagement platform to power their extensive continuing education program. It acts as a demand generation tactic, so having immediate access to data, analytics, along with the ability to include customization and branding on the platform is a must.
Problem
Envista Forensics was using a legacy collaboration tool with limited capabilities, but the product was not able to handle the scale of their program – this included data and analytics limitations, issues with reliability during live webinars, lack of automation capabilities, and branding and customization. They were running webinars with more than 1,000 people attending each event that were rich in both content and engagement. Unfortunately, because of the lack of functionality they weren’t able to properly repurpose webinar content effectively or drive and track post-webinar engagement.
Their program was particularly resource intensive as well as they run a continuing education program that requires an accreditation partner. After the webinar, they have to pull attendee accreditation information, polls, and engagements to confirm webinar attendance, and send to accreditation partners for processing.
Creating thought-leadership content off the back of the webinars was also a struggle. As Logan Fox, Digital Marketing Manager at Envista Forensics explained, “One large issue we had faced was tedious manual processes necessary in our previous platform, we weren’t able to operate on the scale we felt necessary.”
Solution
Envista Forensics’ first step toward digital engagement innovation was to upgrade to ON24 and operationalize certification. To enhance the customer experience, we streamlined the accreditation process so adjusters only have to enter their license information once a year for the entire webinar series. Using a landing page in Salesforce, and combining attendance information from ON24, we can create reports that help us with accreditation, and allow customers a superior experience. Importantly, because of the ON24 integration with Salesforce, all the engagement data captured during the webinar is sent directly to sales for personalized follow-up automatically.
The consolidation of processes has not only given time back to the team but has also led to further content programs to drive value for Envista. With AI-powered ACE they are able to further innovate, getting even more value out of their webinars by repurposing them as new written blogs, white papers, videos, case studies and more. “Adding AI-powered ACE adds an immense amount of efficiency and value to the work our content writers do”, said Fox. “It has increased the amount of content we can put out from our webinars exponentially, while simultaneously saving us 50% of the time we were previously spending.”
Through utilizing automatically created Key Moments videos, they’ve also been able to expand by creating a brand new program of video shorts that they’re sharing across social channels to expand their impact, all with incredibly efficient time investment.
Envista is also excited about the prospect of using AI for personalization and segmentation, which they will be able to do using AI-powered ACE. “The future is going to be personalization and adding additional value through that personalization and segmentation, to cater directly 1:1 to our prospects and customers as much as possible.”

Results
Webinars have become one of Envista Forensics’ key revenue and pipeline generating channels. By providing a valuable service to attendees with their continuing education program as well as creating engagement opportunities within and after these events with the help of the customization,branding and AI capabilities of the platform, the team has seen a 2x increase in attendance year-over-year. And, as early adopters of AI-powered ACE, the team has been able to save 50% of the manual time spent on content creation while scaling content output by 40% enabling the team to dedicate optimal resources to lead conversion and revenue generating activities.
