Problem

As Jackson Systems started investing heavily on training education, it expanded its facilities in Indiana to encompass a training center where installers could learn how to use Jackson Systems products.  

With a limited marketing budget and lack of prominence for garnering national media coverage, it needed to come up with a digital marketing strategy to reach installers outside of the midwest to Indiana for training sessions.  

When Jackson Systems turned to ON24 to help it expand its audience, the team was looking for a way to live stream all of its events from its training center in Indiana to a national audience in the most enjoyable and engaging way possible. It also needed a way to record sessions for on-demand viewing so it could showcase and repurpose content down the road.

Jackson Systems now uses the ON24 platform to connect with its audience, leveraging the ON24 video broadcast functionality to create captivating, interactive events, which gives it:

  • Customizable Audience Experience. Jackson Systems enhances the customer experience through ON24 with ease. They receive live video training from instructors and interactivity through polls, surveys and live Q&A providing simple and engaging user experiences.
  • Always-on Content. Content from its live trainings gets recorded and stored in an always-on library, helping Jackson Systems generate leads during each event and well into the future.
  • High-Quality Video. allows Jackson Systems to humanize their brand and engage with thousands of contractors worry-free and without frequent technical glitches or grainy video.
  • Multiple Video Capabilities. The ON24 webcam and presenter bridge lets multiple panelists join an event and participate from multiple locations. Jackson System also creates a Lobby Video via ON24 to connect with attendees with engaging content before a webinar begins. The video is easily uploaded and plays on loop until the event starts.

Results

Jackson Systems now finds it can reach and drive engagement with contractors at scale and has become a trusted HVAC distributor in the contractor community.

The use of ON24 opened a partnership with NATE, a national HVAC certification program. Together, Jackson Systems, ON24 and NATE provide always-on certified CE classes to NATE clients, expanding Jackson Systems reach to NATE’s entire network on contractors.

Additionally, Jackson Systems is now hosting weekly broadcast events, a major step up from just the seven per year it was offering just four years earlier. It’s audience and reach has grown more than 2,000 percent. Generating more leads for its sales team than ever before.
