“ON24 has allowed us to be more creative about how we can engage our attendees,” said Young, who utilizes the 20+ ON24 engagement and conversion tools to drive more interactivity and make attendees feel like part of the experience.

This includes polls, surveys, multiple CTAs, links to the company’s website and additional relevant content offers. Every event console is fully-branded and customized (even the engagement tools are customized!) to give the experience a unique look and feel, and the team is only just beginning to utilize all of the features the platform offers.

“We like to use a new engagement tool at every event,” said Young, who loves having the ability to engage with attendees in real time, even during Simulive events, prerecorded events where moderators can monitor and respond to questions.“

With ON24 Breakouts, attendees are able to jump from webinars to virtual breakouts rooms where they can ask questions and engage in discussion while the ON24 platform captures every interaction to generate detailed audience insights.

The robust integration capability offered by the ON24 platform was one of the biggest selling points for Young and his team who were eager to collect better data and turn that data into action.

With the first-party data they generate during each event, the team is able to organize attendees based on their unique interests and level of intent to inform follow-up messaging.

The integration between ON24 and HubSpot not only makes that information readily accessible to the sales team, but also triggers them to take action.
