To drive member acquisition and retention, the team at UnitedHealthcare Group offers virtual enrollment meetings, wellness events and seminars to audiences across the globe.
Problem
The team at UnitedHealthcare relies on their event and field marketing channels to establish brand awareness and attract new members and retain existing clients. But in-person events were becoming costly, time consuming and limited the team’s ability to expand their reach to larger, global audiences. Event execution required the help of third-party vendors and made it hard if not impossible to capture and track valuable audience engagement data.
Solution
With ON24, the team was able to transform their wellness events, enrollment meetings and annual benefit seminars into interactive, fully-branded virtual events. Customizable event, webinar and registration page templates expedited event execution while audience engagement data could be automatically integrated into the team’s CRM workflow to trigger personalized follow-up and sales action

Digital enrollment meetings and wellness events for existing members (including virtual yoga classes!) included links to always-on content hubs full of relevant resources and engaging, on-demand experiences.
