ON24 data protection terms
ON24 data protection terms following ECJ’s Schrems II decision
In July 2020, the European Court of Justice invalidated the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which resulted in Privacy Shield no longer being available as a legal mechanism for cross-border data transfers. Following that decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (the “SCCs”) are still a valid legal mechanism to support such transfers. In June 2021, the European Commission issued updated SCCS. ON24’s current data protection terms incorporate the SCCs.
