Mark Hoffman Joins ON24 Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—March 17, 2011—ON24, Inc., the global leader in webcasting and virtual event solutions, announced today the appointment of Mark Hoffman, founder of Sybase and Commerce One, to its board of directors.

During his tenure at Sybase, Hoffman helped grow the business over a span of 11 years to $1 billion in revenues. He then went on to found and lead Commerce One, the company widely considered to have established the software standards for electronic commerce. An active technology industry leader, Hoffman is currently chairman and CEO of Eightfold Logic. Prior to this appointment, Hoffman was CEO and president of Everdream, Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) desktop management provider that was ultimately acquired by Dell.
